このサイバーパンクの都市でうまくやっていくにはコツがいる。ギャングに臓器を狙われたり、息をするだけで罰金を取られたりするからな。しかも、この街の地盤は少しずつ崩れていくばかり。いつ街が海に沈んでもおかしくない。だからこそ、今のうちに財を築いておかねばならない。
屋台、ラーメン屋、売店など、小さな店を経営しよう！うまくいけば、バーやレストラン、ナイトクラブの経営へと乗り出すこともできる。いずれは、ニヴァリスの夜の街を支配する存在となっていく！
ニヴァリスの街では、「天候シミュレーション」と「昼夜のサイクル」を再現しており、街で自由に過ごすことができる。このリアルな生活シミュレーションがあることで、ビジネスを発展させたり、バラエティー豊かなキャラクターたちと友情を育んだり、サイバーパンクの都市で起こるリアルな危険に遭遇したりすることができる。
